This is a fairly simple sidchaining method in FL Studio.
First thing you want to do is add a fruity peak controller to the sound you want to come through, not the one you want to duck, normally you would put the peak controller on your kick. Once it's on the appropriate channel, be sure to click the "MUTE" button on the peak controller so that it's deselected & not blocking out the sound of your kick.
Now add a fruity balance to the mixer track with the sound you want to duck. Right click the volume control on the fruity balance, select "link to controller" and select peak controller, be sure to change the link to inverted. Now just adjust the sidechain via the peak controller.
This method is useful for those who like to use peak controller for sidechaining because it keeps the mixer volume from being automated & bouncing around allowing you to adjust it for the mix.
